What are tokens? Tokens are items exclusive to NPC that unlock different rewards when activated, depending on the token.
There are currently three main kinds of tokens:
Pet Tokens, Inventory Tokens, and Name Change Tokens.
How to obtain: Random Event, Buy from another user (~900k)
What it does: Adds one (1) pet slot to the account it is activated on.

Daily Token (No Trade)
How to obtain: Get sent one directly from noah.
What it does: Resets all dailies, including jobs, wishing well, and any event specific dailies. These are given to players who's dailies glitched or otherwise failed to reset properly.
There are also 5 different Strange Fragments.
How to obtain:
Random event while feeding a Kadoatie, while turning in a Job at the FEA, or when completing a Faerie Quest.
What it does:
Can be 'fixed' into a Pet Token (No Trade) at Donny's Toy Repair Shop.
**REs are NOT gauranteed while doing these activities, but they are the only activities that currently award frags. It is currently speculated that Kads have a 2.75% chance of rewarding a fragment- Jobs & FQs are not yet known.
Name Change Tokens can used in the following ways
to change account or pet names:
-Change an account's/pet's name to an UNTAKEN name, or
-Alter the capitalization of an account'/pet's name. Requires 1 token.
-Swap the names of any two (2) pets on the same account. Requires 2 tokens.
To swap a name, choose one of your two tokens from your inventory. When prompted, select the 'Use on...' option for the first pet in the swap (Pet 1).
On the next screen, scroll to the very bottom. You'll see an option to 'Swap Pet Names!' In this menu, choose Pet 2's name (the one you want to have Pet 1's name)
Once you click 'Swap Pet Names!' Pet 1 and Pet 2 will have their names swapped!
Thank you to Mysti for these name swap images!
A name change token can be used to "bump" a name out of limbo.
Once a name change occurs, the lookup of the account/pet that was changed will list the old name for some time, as a security measure.
A name in this "Formally Known As" state is sometimes referred to as being in limbo.
Usernames will be in limbo for 120 days
Pet names will be in limbo for 45 days
While a name is in limbo it cannot be used to re-create or re-name a pet until the time above expires.
At that point, the name will once again be availible.
However, if you don't want to wait, you can use an extra token to bypass the 120/45 day wait times, and "bump" the name out of limbo.
A popular use for name bumping is to adopt out pets who have zapped into the 'wrong' color. For example:
User A is zapping their Kiko named GarlicBoy123 in the hopes of a color change to garlic. Instead, the lap zaps their pet Maraquan, which is User B's dream pet!
User A wants to adopt their kiko out to User B, but they don't want to lose the name GarlicBoy123. User A can do the following before adopting out their Kiko to User B:
|Use a name token to change "GarlicBoy123"'s name to "ThrowAwayName". The result is a Maraquan Kiko named "ThrowAwayName", with the name "GarlicBoy123" in limbo.|
|Use a name token to change "ThrowAwayName" to "PearlGirl456". The result is a Maraquan Kiko named "PearlGirl456", with the name "ThrowAwayName" in limbo.|
The name "GarlicBoy123" is now bumped out of limbo,
and User A is free to re-create their pet!
Can I try to get strange fragments on my side accounts?
No. Currently, all activities that reward fragments are not allowed to be completed on side accounts, so all fragments should be earned on your main account. You can, however, send your side accounts normal Pet Tokens from your main account.
